IBC totes stacked in our San Francisco warehouse facility

Our Facility

Thousands of IBCs Ready to Ship

Our San Francisco warehouse keeps a rotating inventory of inspected, graded, and ready-to-deploy IBC totes.

Our Promise

Every IBC We Save Is a Victory for the Planet

Manufacturing a single new IBC tote requires approximately 130 pounds of virgin HDPE plastic, 1,850 gallons of water, and generates over 215 pounds of CO₂ emissions. When you choose a reconditioned IBC from us, you eliminate nearly all of that environmental cost.

Our San Francisco facility operates on a circular economy model: every IBC that enters our doors either gets cleaned, reconditioned, and returned to service — or gets fully recycled into raw materials for new products. Nothing goes to waste.

92%

Lower carbon footprint than buying new

Independent lifecycle analysis confirms that purchasing a reconditioned IBC tote from IBC San Francisco produces 92% less greenhouse gas emissions compared to manufacturing a brand-new container. That's not a marketing claim — it's verified science.

Our Sustainability Pledge

A Commitment to Zero Waste

Sustainability isn't a marketing angle for us — it's the foundation of our business. Every operational decision we make is filtered through its environmental impact. Here are the commitments we hold ourselves to every single day.

100% Diversion Rate Target

We are committed to diverting every IBC from landfill. Containers that can't be reconditioned are fully recycled — HDPE bottles, steel cages, and wooden pallets are all separated and processed into raw materials.

Carbon-Neutral Fleet by 2027

Our Bay Area delivery fleet is transitioning to electric and compressed natural gas vehicles. We offset remaining emissions through verified carbon credit programs while the transition completes.

Water Reclamation System

Our triple-wash reconditioning process uses a closed-loop water reclamation system that recycles 85% of the water used. Wastewater is treated on-site before discharge, exceeding San Francisco's standards.

Transparent Impact Reporting

We publish annual sustainability reports with independently verified data on containers processed, emissions avoided, plastic diverted, and water conserved. No greenwashing — just real numbers.

Service Area

Serving the Entire Bay Area

Our centrally located SoMa facility in San Francisco puts us within easy reach of every major city in the Bay Area. We offer same-day delivery within San Francisco proper and next-day service across the greater metro — from Marin County to the South Bay, and east across the bridge to Oakland, Fremont, and beyond.

For large orders or recurring accounts, we create custom delivery schedules that align with your production timelines. Our route-optimized fleet minimizes both cost and carbon emissions on every trip. Need a pickup? We'll come to you — we buy used IBCs on-site throughout the region.
