This includes San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, San Mateo, Redwood City, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, San Jose, Fremont, Hayward, Union City, and Milpitas. Within this core zone, standard delivery and pickup are available Monday through Saturday with both morning and afternoon scheduling windows.
Our extended service area reaches north to Marin County (Novato, San Rafael, Mill Valley), east to the Tri-Valley (Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin), and south to Gilroy and Morgan Hill. Deliveries to the extended zone are available on a scheduled basis with slightly longer lead times — typically one additional business day.
For destinations beyond the Bay Area, we partner with vetted regional carriers to extend coverage throughout Northern California — Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Santa Cruz, and Monterey.
